Microlenders do not offer lending programs to start-ups. To address this racial and economic disparity, help minority women start successful businesses, the Emergent Micro Loan program will provide start-up funds

Approved borrowers will go through our 4-week business enrichment training program and work with a mentor.
This loan is geared towards established micro-businesses that have been in existence for 2 years or more and have track record of generating revenue.
To help bridge the gap in capital access for black women who are in business, the Excel Micro-Loan program will provide funds to keep business afloat.

MICRO BUSINESS PROGRAM (MBP)
​
The MBP helps low to moderate-income Palm Beach and Broward county residents start and grow micro businesses. These are businesses that employ less than five people and generate less than $25,000 in annual revenue.
